The Staff at Professional Association Services includes a full bookkeeping staff including an accounts payable clerk, account receivable clerk, full charge bookkeeper and an escrow coordinator.

Our Community Association Managers are certified through one or both of the following organizations: CACM -California Association of Community Managers or CAI - Community Associations Institute.

Our Site Administrators specialize in performing walkthroughs to check for issues of concern for each client association specifically and to check for issues generally, and then submits a written report to the Board and issues requests for correction to the owners.

All of our staff perform customer service duties such as taking and returning telephone calls, expediting requests for information and responding to homeowners as quickly as possible.
