The Staff at Professional Association Services includes a full bookkeeping staff including an accounts payable clerk, account receivable clerk, full charge bookkeeper and an escrow coordinator.

 

Our Community Association Managers are certified through at least one of the organizations noted below.

 

Our Site Administrators specialize in performing walkthroughs to check for issues of concern for each client association specifically and to check for issues generally, and then submitting a written report to the Board and issuing requests for correction to the owners.

 

All of our staff perform customer service duties such as taking and returning telephone calls, expediting requests for information and responding to homeowners as quickly as possible.
