Please include a federal express account number or UPS account number, or provide instructions for contact to arrange pickup of the documents on completion. Documents are produced within five to seven business days of receipt of the order.
A certificate for a lender for any community may be ordered by:
Sending the lender's certification form, with their contact information, and a check for $ 150 payable to PAS to: 42612 Christy Street, Fremont, CA 94538.
